My background starts in electrical engineering, followed by a shift into IT management, where I worked on system stability and operational risk.

I later became a professional sailor, competing at the highest level — including taking second place at the World Championship in Italy. Sailing taught me to operate under pressure, where precision and execution really matters.

Then came the startup chapter. I founded and led a tech company as CEO, where we built a product used by over 30,000 clients. I raised capital, hired teams, and scaled under pressure. That experience exposed how dangerous it is to operate with unreliable data — especially when decisions need to be fast and stakes are high.

After exiting that chapter, I started working as a freelancer, helping other founders fix the same issues I had faced. One clean implementation at a time, demand grew. That solo work evolved into Kodanik — a lean, async execution team that scopes clearly, prices upfront, and delivers fast. No meetings, no retainers.
